2016 Partner Survey Report

We are pleased to publish the results of our 2016 Partner Survey. The purpose of the survey, is to enable Concert Field Services subcontractor partners (known as Concert Techs), to rate our rollout management performance in comparison to other technology rollout companies. Ratings were solicited for multiple aspects of the Concert rollout management model.

 

Highlights:

Some key findings of the survey include:

  • - 92% of partners would recommend Concert to their customers
  • - 88% rate Concert as either “Above Average” or “Best in Class" for the Quality of Work provided
  • - 82% rate Concert as either “Above Average” or “Best in Class" as a Rollout Partner
