"Connections II comes at a time when VoIP technology is maturing and presents federal agencies with great technological advantages and cost savings," said Dennis Mazaris, President and CEO of Concert Technologies. "It is very important to us to be a part of the GSA Expo and help educate attendees on these benefits as well as other telecommunications and networking opportunities available to government agencies under the GSA Connections II contract."
Under the GSA Connections II contract, the Concert Technologies team meets federal agencies’ telecommunications and networking equipment, labor, building and campus infrastructure solution needs. Services offered include infrastructure design, installation, and implementation; professional services to support existing telecom networks; transition planning and integration services; and customized client-specific systems. Federal agencies can request work in one or more solution sets, or request an entirely new solution. The four solution sets are:
- Communications and networking
- Building or campus facility preparation
- Operations, administration, and management (OA&M)
- Customer service and technical support
As GSA's signature training opportunity and exposition, the GSA Training Conference & Expo is specially designed to benefit federal, state and local government employees and military members who make or influence procurement decisions. Acquisition or program managers and others involved in IT procurement for their agency can find more information about the Concert Technologies Connections II team at booth #1027 or visit the Concert Technologies Connections II website.
