DULLES, VA, MARCH 17, 2009 – Concert Technologies Nationwide Technology Deployment Method supports the new American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009. For almost 14 years, Concert Technologies has utilized the Local Multi-Service Deployment Method with the green initiative of minimizing the number of truck rolls and travel time for every site location completed.
The new American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 is largely about fuel efficiency. "There are hundreds and thousands of technology rollouts implemented every week which require field technicians to perform work at each site. This requires at least one vehicle per site and could potentially include a great deal of travel time," said Dennis Mazaris, Concert Technologies President and Founder. "The easiest way to support the fuel-efficiency initiative is to minimize the number of truck rolls and use local contractors within close proximity of each site to perform the work. Our Local Multi-Service Deployment Method does just that."
Green Benefits of the Local Multi-Service Deployment Method
- Minimized truck rolls to each site reduces fuel used per job location
- Utilizing local onsite technicians cuts travel time and lowers carbon footprint
- Monitoring each technician at every site provides quality assurance of site work and decreases fuel used by limiting the number of potential vehicle revisits
