The Beginning
Concert Technologies, founded in 1995 by Dennis Mazaris and Tom Suder, combined more than 40 years of industry experience to provide a wide variety of consulting, project management, training and analytical services to the telecommunications and technology industry.
The 1984 divestiture of the telecommunications industry and the 1996 Telecom Act together created demand for expertise in extended carrier services. Concert Technologies' founders shared a unique vision for meeting this growing demand and began offering services that included the installation and support of demarc extensions. The young company quickly expanded into the installation and service of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). With efficiency integral to the Concert mission, the company reduced customer project cost by minimizing the number of truck rolls and site visits while providing the expertise to install multiple pieces of equipment at multiple sites across the country.
Evolution of Our Business
Our founders quickly perceived that the nationwide and global deployment of multi-technologies, such as Unified Communications and IpV6, demanded a comprehensive, flexible technology rollout system. Thus the industry's first unified system, now known as the Maestro Technology Rollout SystemTM, was developed. The innovative system offered significant benefits – rapid, cost-effective deployment, service and management for Concert Technologies' customers.
