Our Process Structure provides a single point of contact and defined levels of responsibility, so you have the convenience of an experienced Project Management Team that directs and supports our trusted, professional field force of Concert Techs.

  • Project Manager

You have a dedicated Project Manager as your contact point from the initial project meeting through project completion. The Project Manager is directly responsible for the Project Facilitators.

  • Project Facilitators

Project Facilitators manage each local site and report directly to the dedicated Project Manager. Their duties include scheduling and monitoring of Concert Techs to the coordination and support of equipment.

  • Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees all company and department programs, project managers, and provides rollout quality assurance.
