1. Scalable and Flexible Network Architecture: As your business grows, so does your network needs. With wireless access points, you can add as many devices and coverage areas as you need without overhauling your entire infrastructure. Whether you’re expanding your workforce or adding new floors to your building, Wireless APs offer a scalable solution that adapts to your changing demands.
3. Cost-Effective Solution: Traditional wired networks often require significant infrastructure investment, such as cabling and hardware. With Wireless AP networks, you can reduce costs by eliminating the need for extensive cabling while still providing your employees with high-speed internet access. Wireless AP networks can also save money on maintenance, as fewer physical components are involved.
2. Future-Proof Technology: Wireless Access Point networks are designed to support the latest wireless standards (such as Wi-Fi 6 and 7), ensuring your network remains compatible with the growing number of devices in your enterprise. By investing in Wireless APs technology, you’re ensuring that your network will support new applications, devices, and increasing bandwidth needs for years to come.

Empower mobile health teams and patients with reliable, secure Wifi for electronic health records, telemedicine, and more.
Enable POS systems, inventory management, and customer engagement solutions with fast, reliable wireless access.
Provide seamless connectivity in classrooms and campuses, supporting online learning, research, and collaboration.
Provide tenants and customers safe, and reliable connectivity throughout common areas, even in parking decks and elevators, where cellular falls short.
Both systems expand the range of network coverage, but how they expand coverage is the key differentiator.
Mesh WiFi extends coverage by wirelessly relaying a single signal back and forth between the router and nodes to reach the end user device. Nodes are wireless the devices (signal repeater/extenders) used to extend the WiFi signal. Think of it as a game of “telephone” when the message is passed from one individual to another until reaching the end point. As more nodes are used to extend the signal further away from the router, network performance can begin to diminish.
WAPs broadcast their own strong, dedicated signals and are hard wired to either a switch or directly to the router. This allows the access points to transfer data via the wired network, eliminating the game of telephone between nodes. Although this does require the routing of cables between the router, switch, and access points, the performance of the network remains strong regardless of distance from the router.
For enterprise Wireless AP networks, multiple access points are strategically placed and connected through cables to ensure consistent coverage and speed across large buildings or office floors. Utilizing multiple access points allows for higher speeds, more reliable connectivity, and lower latency than a mesh WiFi setup, making this an ideal setup for data intensive applications such as video conferencing and IoT devices. This coupled with better security, and more control, makes wireless access point networks more suitable for most business applications.
While mesh is often great for home use or small offices due to easy setup, it can struggle with speed, interference, and device management in larger or more complex enterprise spaces.
