- Project Manager
You have a dedicated Project Manager as your contact point from the initial project meeting through project completion. The Project Manager is directly responsible for the Project Facilitators.
- Project Facilitators
The Project Facilitators manage each local site and report directly to the dedicated Project Manager. Their duties include scheduling and monitoring of Concert Techs to the coordination and support of equipment.
- Program Manager
The Program Manager oversees all company and department programs, project managers, and provides rollout quality assurance.
