Our Process Structure provides a single point of contact and defined levels of responsibility so that you have the convenience of an experienced Project Management Team that directs and supports our trusted, professional field force of Concert
Techs.
- Project Manager
You have a dedicated Project Manager as your contact point from the initial project meeting through project completion. The Project Manager is directly responsible for the Project Facilitators.
- Project Facilitators
The Project Facilitators manage each local site and report directly to the dedicated Project Manager. Their duties include scheduling and monitoring of Concert Techs to the coordination and support of equipment.
- Programs Manager
The Programs Manager oversees all company and department programs, project managers, and provides rollout quality assurance.
Additional project management services can be incorporated into individual Rollout Services Model components (i.e., Warehouse Management, Billing Management)
Project Assessment

We gather your project requirements and assess needs in order to reduce overall project implementation time and prevent potential process issues.

We detail rollout requirements, which are reviewed at the beginning and the end of the project to ensure accuracy of all work
